NO OPERATING SYSTEM FOUND
A corrupt MBR (Master boot record) and/or Partition Table can cause this error. Sometimes a MBR can be restored.
1) Boot with a Win95/98 Startup disk.
2) Type at A:\>FDISK /MBR (that's a forward slash before the M)
3) Press Enter. You won't really see anything happen, it will pause and then go back to the A:\> prompt.
4) ctrl-alt-delete to reboot.
If this does not work, you can try to SYS the boot drive...shown below

How to SYS the boot drive
1) Boot with a Win95/98 Startup disk.
2) At the A:\> prompt type SYS C: press enter. You won't really see anything happen, it will pause and then go back to the A:\> prompt.
3) Take the Windows 95/98 startup disk out and Ctrl Alt Delete to reboot and hopefully boot back into Windows.
